"This is a beautiful house with a spectacular kitchen, overlooking Hilo Bay and favorite local surf spot. Feels clean, comfy, and tropical. This is our second stay in this lovely spot. Thank you Randall for such easy communications and hosting. It’s only a five minute drive into Hilo. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We highly recommend it."

"House was great, plenty of room. Lots of fun things for the family, bikes, pool table, etc.. Nice to know host was close but didn't need anything. House is not far from the coast which is nice, bit of a drive to store, etc..Very quiet and peaceful, especially in the mornings on the big deck."

"The property was exactly as listed. The location was so serene and the landscaping was lush. We absolutely loved the visits from the chickens and listening to the coquis at night. "This cozy home was ideal for our 2-night stay to visit VNP as it was very close to the park entrance. The home was well-equipped for our stay; however, the grill did not heat up to a high enough temp to allow us to cook steaks we purchased for dinner. We had to bring them in and cook them under the broiler. The outdoor spa was an added plus for our grandsons. "

"We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again in the future. The location offers a private view of the ocean, to be enjoyed in a clean, warm jacuzzi. We saw plenty of sea turtles in the water and some dolphins too! We also found the drive to Volcano very reasonable and convenient. The hosts are wonderful communicators and provide everything so it's like you're at home!"
