"What a great stay overlooking the bay and Japanese garden. Clean rooms, excellent customer service, restaurant on-site for breakfast and dinner: the hotel offers two discount coupons for the restaurant and a complimentary drink. I would definitely book again. If I have to critique then I would recommend updating the rooms a bit and better better bath products. Helpful tip… AC will not come on if balcony door is open. Room 530 ocean view 2-queens. Can’t wait to return. "

"The hotel is older and a little run down, but that was no surprise as they were very clear on the condition. Given that, it’s very clean and I had no concerns about the bed linens or towels. It all added to the character! It’s located just a few blocks from downtown which was fantastic, but I didn’t feel totally comfortable with the area to walk there by myself at night so I just drove.
