"There is construction near the facility and every morning I was woken up by the noise. The heat inside the dorm was super hot and I don’t know how to lower the heat. One good thing was that I was able to check in earlier than the regular time because the room was ready, however, it doesn’t seem like the staffs know that the website offered to drop off luggage at the place before check in hours. I was there 5 hrs early but didn’t know where to leave my luggage and it was raining at that time. "

"Really nice property with an excellent city view if you're staying in the higher floors. Clean rooms and areas and very quiet and peaceful. Had a wonderful stay, wish I could have stayed longer but alas, I'm from the States and on vacation so my time there had to end. I highly recommend this place. Wonderful location and things to do and see around Canary Wharf. "
