"This house exceeded our needs for a family get-togehter in the Tulsa area. Excellent layout for a large group, just be sure to let the host know you'll have additional people over. The out-of-state family used the house for accommodations and the local family joined for Christmas lunch. Generous square footage and open floor plan on the main level.Terrific location for accessing Tulsa's up-and-coming neighborhoods. Easy grocery shopping or meal delivery. All the beds were nicely made and plenty of towels and washcloths. There were a few hangers in the closets but if staying here for a wedding, you might want to bring a few of your own. Long driveway that pulls through for parking cars. Appreciated the dish soap, hand soap, lotion, body wash, AND shampoo AND conditioner dispensers in the shower. Nice! Not often found in other short-stays. A good collection of pans and utensils in the kitchen.Very responsive owner. All messages returned within a day. If you have any questions about what's available, just message. Our famiy would definitely choose this property again. Very comfy way to host a mid-size family get-together. The only thing I would note for families, is there is a short series of stairs between the kitchen and family room. There is a bannister, but if you have a family member who uses a wheelchair or a walker you will want to get him or her situated on the family room level."

"Spotless! Adorable! Homey! Darling decor, great location with privacy and a country feel while being only 15 minutes from downtown Tulsa. We wanted for nothing because the owners had thought of everything! Their communications were second to none. In fact, they were always a step of ahead of our questions. If it sounds like I'm gushing, it's because I am! This was, by far, our best VRBO experience to date. Don't hesitate. It is worth every penny in more ways than I can describe!"

"Our stay was really good however our first day after we arrived we found out about a murder just a block down the road that happened the first night we were there. Then we found out from locals that the neighborhood was actually a bit rough and there were a lot of breakins in the area. However we did enjoy the time and did not have any issues during our stay. It’s was nice to be able to have everyone under one roof and be able to have room to move around. It was nice to have an area to walk our service dog and let her stretch her legs. Very clean and comfortable. "

"I was really impressed with this property! The size of the home we were in was perfect for our crew with the transformed garage into an additional large living area. The bedroom setups were great, the whole home was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was easy to navigate and quickly we were able to get to the downtown area as well. The owner of the property was easy to communicate with, quick to reply when I had a problem with the door locking, and got it solved very quickly, not hindering our stay at all. I do think that the downside for us was that there was only 1 shower for 6 girls to share as it only has one and a half baths, but we made it work. We also were woken up on Friday morning around 8a by the yard company mowing and edging. That was unfortunate. I also thought that the activity's barn was somewhat hyped up in the listing, but was not as great as anticipated. There wasn't much to the barn itself, the "bikes" were large tricycles, and it just looked unkept in the barn. We didn't utilize that portion of the listing because of this. I think that area has so much potential though, and I would love to see the owners do more with that barn space! The rest of the property was gorgeous. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. I really think this property is so unique to all that it has with multiple rental listings. It would be a great place for a large family gathering with multiple rentals on the same property and the shared space of the property. "
