"The hotel staff were friendly, and the room and daily breakfast buffet was good. However, regarding the communication with the hotel, I didn’t receive any responses to the messages I sent via Hotels.com, no matter how many times I tried. Additionally, regarding the airport pickup fee, the message from the Hotel through the hotels.com stated it was 80 EUR, but when I made the request and received no reply, I called and was informed it was 110 EUR instead."
