"Everything it’s so bad . Because I reserve my room from 3 weeks before . And after i tech the location they don’t have room available . They give me room on there the contraction on 4 floors with out elevator on different locations Can you imagine after 23 hours flight they said to they’re customer we cannot fo anything"

"These hotels all look very well on the pics but experiencing can be totally disappointing. This hotel was small and clean but was based in an industrial area with a number of tyre amd mannequin shops with a constant strong smell of industrial glue (the type that is used as time bonding) This hotel was also situated in a very steep area which meant walking up was a mammoth of a task ! Will i recommend or go there again??...probably not. "

"They don’t change sheets, don’t pickup garbage, neither give you towels during whole your stay. I stayed for 2 nights and nobody picked up the garbage, neither gave a clean towels! It is insane and not normal. The concierge is friendly but that is irrelevant while you don’t get basic needs. Only good thing is the location, very central "
