"The front desk staff were very kind & accommodating. Alana was always very cheerful and helpful. I was able to check in earlier into the creekside cabin. It was very cute & cozy, and bigger than I expected. The property is very nice. The kids had fun making s'mores in the main hotel, which they do every evening. "The room was very cold when we arrived(57) degrees when it was 15 degrees outside. The baseboard heat wasnt great so a portable heater/ ac adjusted for heat. Plus, there was a clicking sound that lasted about 10 seconds every 15 minutes. Was told it was water going through pipes. We slept ok but still very annoying. You had to drive to the fitness room and the game room. Wouldnt recommend this in the winter time."

Cozy French Woods Cottage, Pond and Pool

Perfect stay

"My fiancé and I were looking to get away from the city and we couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing getaway. It was the perfect cozy cottage to unwind and enjoy a beautiful snowfall. The pups had a blast in the snow. I will definitely be back to experience a summer getaway. Rosie’s communication was great and she was ten steps ahead of everything needed for snowstorm. "

Lakefront Gem: Hot Tub & Game Room in Hancock

Birthday Trip

"Scott & Ann were both super communicative. All pictures matched the property, and our stay was perfect. With the snow over the weekend, Scott was nice enough to plow the driveway for us on the Sunday morning. Everything was great! We used the firepit, the sleds, the pool table. Only downside is no cell coverage in the area, but WiFi was enough for us! They had Roku, lots of games, and plenty of space to accommodate my group of 22 people. We never felt like we were on top of eachother, which was a huge plus! "
