Gorgeous property and lovely pool. Home was spacious and comfortable. Had minor issues with check-in and hot water, both of which were resolved in a very timely manner. Adults and children had a wonderful time here.

Great Family Vacation!
Entire family had a great time. Between swimming, fishing, tennis, basketball and other activities, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The nightly outdoor fire was a great way to end the day and reconnect with the family. We saw plenty of deer and rabbits. We also saw an eagle pluck a fish out of the pond! Definitely looking forward to returning!

Great country escape!
Gorgeous property and our kids had a blast at the pool, fishing pond, and doing s’mores at night. The property manager was super helpful and responsive. Just a note that the majority of the neighbors have trump/pence signs, so as a person of color I was wary of leaving the property.

Beautiful, Zen, and Amazing Views
What a fantastic property! My family and I spent five days here to celebrate my accomplishment of becoming a doctor. It was the perfect place for R&R after a long journey of schooling. If you're looking for a peaceful spot with lots of mountain views, wildlife, privacy, stargazing, and beautiful sunrises, this is the place! And while we didn't get a chance to see the bald eagles, we helped nurse a bird back to consciousness after flying into a window! I would highly recommend booking this place and hope to come back soon.

Wonderful stay!
The property was absolutely stunning both inside and out. As others have mentioned the house was immaculate and the views were just amazing. My group of friends enjoyed our stay and cooking in the large and well stocked kitchen. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. There is a decent market only 4 miles away (Arlos) for any basic needs. Pool area was fantastic and nicely heated. It got a bit cold during our stay and we took advantage of the firepit with those amazing views. Perfect stay and we will be back. Thank you!

Perfect Place to Get Away
Harmony Hill is an exceptional place to escape and relax. Have stayed at this unique and wonderful property twice now and each time have been blown away by the views, pool, and beauty of the property. Kiddos enjoyed being able to wonder around the 40 acres. Adults enjoyed having happy and entertained kiddos along with plenty of pickle ball, campfires and relaxation. Check in couldn't be easier. Property owners and management team are exceptionally easy to interact with and wonderfully kind. I'll probably be posting my third review of this exceptional getaway next summer!

A Little Slice Of Heaven
From the moment we entered the house to the day we left we felt like we were home . This home is quaint, super comfortable, spacious, bright, and cheery. The decor fit the property perfectly. The house was super clean and equipped with everything and more, what you didn’t expect (such as a decanter for the incredible red wine our host left upon arrival) was impressively found. Jennifer is the perfect host. She was very attentive to any question during our stay. The backyard was calm, peaceful, and beautiful for miles and miles. From the pool/spa to the pond to the tennis court and the fire pit, there was plenty for us to do. The outdoors, coupled with visits from the gaggle of geese, the deer and her fawn, the cutest little chipmunk who was very friendly, and the frog near the pool, gave a much needed feeling of well-being as one with Mother Earth . . . we will definitely be back, but next time, with family!

Endless Views
I visited this property with my wife and two children. The home is very clean and well designed. The main house can sleep 8-10 people comfortably. The views from this home would be hard to match. If you like to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee you will really appreciate the master bedroom balcony. The guest house is also great. If you are going with multiple families or different age groups it can give you the separation you may need and also very clean with great views. The property has a lot to offer. My kids were outside fishing and hiking all day. The pond is well stocked. The pool and sports court are also great. The host is accommodating and always responds quickly. I’ve stayed at multiple properties and this property exceeded my expectations and was by far the best. I look forward to going back.

Fantastic location for a family reunion
My extended family of ten was meeting for a week together, ranging in ages from 8 to 78. This was a perfect place for us to all get away -- we initially had plans for day trips but with the exception of a quick run to the grocery store and foray to Creamworks Creamery for ice cream, no one ever wanted to leave. There is so much to do -- for those who want to do nothing but sit by the pool it was a fantastic pool to sit by. It was warm, it was beautiful to sit and read and look out at the endless mountains: just awesome siting! For the kids and restless folks who want to do more, there is catch and release fishing in the pond, there is a sports court that got a lot of use for basketball and pickle ball. And for the kids there is just exploring, going on adventures through the woods looking for the creek and finding animals: woodchucks, chipmunks, eagles, hawks, finches... We cooked a lot and the local market had basic supplies, but I would recommend bringing special things you may need or want from home which we did and the house was well stocked with basic equipment, but knowing in advance there were a few things we might want to make that required special equipment I emailed Jennifer in advance and she quickly let me know what they did have and what they did not so I knew what to bring (like muffin tins and a tart pan). We ended most nights roasting s'mores at the fire pit which was another big hit with everyone. Finally, the layout of the house worked great for our three family units. It worked out that the kids decided they wanted to stay together in the guest house and so the adults all got their own rooms in the main house. That made it fun for everyone (kids felt grown-up but still rambled in for meals but had some privacy and played their own games and could hang out on their own without us), while the adults could have some more quiet downtime. My only one recommendation would be additional outdoor seating on the back deck. For all the folks the house accommodates, we often ran out of seating when we were all together out there in the evenings. Otherwise, I can not say enough wonderful things about this property.

One of a Kind Endless Mountain Gym
If you want an escape to the Eastern PA Countryside but are ready for a change from the Pocono Lake communities - book this right now! You'll be on your own secluded 44 acres enjoying one of the most magnificent views you'll ever see. Even better - those views are taken in from a well designed, comfortable and stunning modern home, one of the most beautifully located pools I've ever seen and even from a basketball/tennis court (mini) that will keep you and your family entertained for days. The house (main and guest) were exceptionally clean and welcoming with ample towels and linens. The outdoor areas were beautifully landscaped and maintained, bedroom layouts made family sleep accommodations simple and easy and the kitchen was well equipped for easy meal prep. Would recommend packing your own food as restaurants and grocery stores are a bit away and if you or your family are susceptible to car sickness consider a Dramamine on the drive in as the roads are a bit windy. But being away from it all is part of the charm and once your own this amazing property you won't want to leave. If you're like us - you'll spend your final night around a fire pit with an 80 mile view into the Endless Mountains planning your next trip back to Harmony Hill!

Pleasant Mount Stay
First off the house is immaculate. I have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this was by far the cleanest. The kitchen is well equipped and the properties views are wonderful. One bit of advice. It is a good distance to any grocery store so make sure to bring your food. While the weather did not cooperate for us the pool is stunning. There is also a Bald Eagle that frequents the property. A nice touch. :)

Spectacular Getway in the Poconos
We spent a week in August,6 adults and 3 children, at this spectacular getaway in the Poconos & I hope we can go back. We had a great family vacation and everything is user friendly. I am writing a detailed review because I depend on reviews! The main house is at the top of a hill and has an extraordinary view of a beautiful wooded valley and then mountains as far as you can see. We enjoyed the outdoor amenities: pool, fishing pond, fire pit, basketball/tennis court, the property, and patio and grill. The pool has steps leading into the water that are perfect for young & old alike- it's easy to get into the water. Also, the pool is very clean & the water is set at a comfortable 78. The catch-and-release fishing pond was amazing. We did lots of fishing daily & caught blue gills, catfish, pickerel, large mouth bass, & perch. The fire pit is well designed for safety as well as roasting marshmallows & the owner provides wood & starter kindling. The basketball/ tennis court has a wonderful surface that drains quickly and the basketball net can be adjusted from 7 to 10 feet, allowing players of all ages to have fun. We took walks on the property and saw lots of wildlife: a bald eagle, cedar waxwings, lots of others birds, rabbits, frogs, & more - fortunately, we did not encounter any bears & only heard the coyotes. The property comes with a main house and guest house. The main house is spacious & the kitchen area- includes two large refrigerator/freezers but the guest house kitchen does not have a refrigerator. I am a serious cook and spoke with the owner in advance about my cooking plans, and so I brought a coffee maker(house has a Keurig), a large stock pot, large baking sheet, and a baking pan. I brought disposable plates and cups, which I used for taking drinks to the pool because I could not find any plastic cups. The main house was very comfortable with a spacious living room decorated with fish and pheasants, bench seating at the dining table & heavy cushioned chairs in the breakfast area (it would have been great to have a few folding chairs), nice beds, lots of bath and pool towels (only a few dish towels), & a heavy duty washer/dryer & very quiet dishwasher. The guest house worked well for one couple - but there is not much privacy between the two bedrooms areas. My only wish is for cushions for the pool and patio furniture. This is the perfect place for a fun filled getaway in a beautiful remote location.

Great property and home with fantastic views and access to Elk Mountain.
We enjoyed our time here with extended family. Home was clean, well equipped, and owner was extremely accommodating and responsive with any questions or requests. Very close to Elk Mountain and property driveway and roads were promptly plowed after snowfall making trips to the mountain fairly easy. We hope to come back soon!

Very Very Nice - Highly Recommended
Stayed over New Year’s weekend for a family get together and ski trip to Elk Mountain. The main and guest house were very nice. Spacious and comfortable, with an incredible view overlooking the valley out back from most rooms in the house. The house was perfect for a nice family gathering. Wood burning stove in the family room kept the room toasty. Large kitchen and spacious areas to hang out. Bedrooms were very large. Very large master suite with another great view of the valley off of a private deck. The property was beautiful and everything was very well maintained. Great hill out back for sledding. Large fire pit out back kept us entertained as well. Easy drive to Elk Mountain for the best skiing in PA. The owner was very easy to work and communicate with. Overall - A++.. Highly recommended.

Great Poconos Rental
This property has it all. We were there for 3 nights, and didn't feel a need to go out for an outing. Everything is right there - Great home, Tennis Courts, Pool, Pond, and a great area for a walk. It is really scenic all around with several layers of mountain visible from the deck. Kids enjoyed being out. House had everything ready - toys, games, etc. for kids. We will definitely rent again for our next Poconos vacation. The owner is really helpful and responsive. All our questions were answered promptly via email, phone or text.

Great getaway in the mountains!
BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY! We rented this fantastic property for a long weekend with two other couples, all with children (6 adults, 7 small kids). Firstly, if you are looking for secluded serenity - it doesn't get better than this! It is so quiet here that a person fishing at the pond can hear a conversation going on up by the pool/house. Our group was looking for a different experience having done mostly beach vacations every year for the last 10 years. It really was a fun and different experience. Several things to do (read on), but secluded enough that we focused on our kids and friends and the time spent with them rather than the commotion of a boardwalk or beach. Things we loved: 1) The pool is very new and owner spared no expense - plus the view of the hills and beyond was stunning. 2) Lit basketball/tennis courts - Never expect to find something like this out here. 3) Fish pond - awesome. Our kids caught multiple fish (largemouth bass mostly) every day. Didn't even need live bait - the fish were that aggressive. Love that about private ponds, etc. Saw a bald eagle by the pond!! 4) Campfires in the fire pit. Probably my favorite part. What started out each evening as a chance for kids to make s'mores turned into a nice time for the adults to sit around the fire, relax and enjoy a beverage. 5) Main house was very nicely furnished and had a very nice screened porch. You definitely get the mosquitoes outside, but that is to be expected in this setting and I would definitely say the bugs were a "normal" level for the great outdoors. The AC on the first floor was a tad warm, but it was blazing hot outside so that might explain that. 6) The guest house was awesome. Our friends arrived first and "claimed" the main house bedrooms, offering to cram kids together if we wanted to be with everyone else in the main house. No way! The guest house was every bit as nice as the main house, perfectly quiet for napping kids and had all the same neat balconies, etc. Really cool. Super, super vacation! Jen, the owner, was super responsive via email throughout the stay. I had a few questions for her (wireless password and trash collection day etc.) to which she immediately responded. I felt bad bothering her, maybe a "guest book" or something with vital info would help cut down the inquiries to her. But she was very nice each time. Bring all of your groceries with! Stores are pretty distant. Highly recommend this property!

Blended Family Christmas Vacation
My wife and I have 5 young-adult kids, each of whom brought someone to our family get-together just after Christmas. The property was stunning. This was a wonderful place for us to spend time together and enjoy ourselves. It easily accommodated all 12 of us and didn't feel crowded. The main house has 4 bedrooms and the guest house has two. That arrangement simultaneously allows privacy and lots of common space. The great room has a large, but warm feel because of the cabin motif, open rafters that create a very high, rustic ceiling, and large wood-burning stove/fireplace (which we used everyday). Several of us needed to do some work while there and the Wi-Fi enabled that. I say this because the property is in a fairly remote area, yet still connected. TV service was fine and Netflix was available. The property is up high, which provides beautiful views and sunrises. The houses are situated below the line of sight from Cribbs Road and, while that provides privacy, it also made cell service from our carriers difficult. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed. We took hikes by walking from the back of the house directly onto trails that ultimately course through woods for over a hundred miles. Not far from the house is a beautiful stream and stone fences. We had 2 deer grazing next to the pool and saw more out in the fields. We also saw a flock of turkeys. The closest town, Honesdale, was 30 minutes down the mountains. It has lots of stores and a number of interesting places to eat. Elk Mountain Ski resort is about a half hour away but we were in the middle of an uncharacteristic warm spell and they weren't open (until a couple of days after we left). We did get in some great sledding down the hill overlooking the trout pond! Would love to try the place in the summer! The owner was accommodating and very easy to work with and always responded quickly to any inquiry.
