The master bath has a whirlpool tub. Open floor plan with large kitchen, dining and living room for entertaining or just taking it easy. Cozy up in front of the fire or swing open the French doors in summer and enjoy the cool breeze. Step onto the elevated deck and look out over the magnificent forest while grilling some dinner! One of the best vacation rental place!
The cabin is beautiful and immaculately clean. Just a short walk downhill, you'll find a waterfall that offers a serene escape from the noise of the city. The cabin is well-maintained, beautifully decorated, and flawless. The owner is also very welcoming. I can't imagine a better place than this.

Perfect Getaway!
The cabin was beautiful, clean and well equipped with amenities. The property grounds with the private waterfall - amazing! Jason was responsive as needed and provided excellent restaurant tips. Last but not least, my husband had a great time catching fish on the Beaverkill! We’d love to return to this wonderful place.

Great House! Great Setting!
From the very start to the finish, Jason was very accommodating. I have rented many vacation homes in the past, and I can say that this was our best experience. From the very private setting to the waterfall located on the property to the cleanliness all of these factored in to this being an incredible experience!

A great stay
Our family really enjoyed our stay in this immaculate property in Roscoe. The house and its amenities were impeccable. The location is close to everything in the area and easy to find. The owner was helpful, accommodating, and a great guy. We can't wait got go back. Tip: Go visit the nearby Alapaca Farm. Even for young adult kids, it was a fun time!

Enjoyed a long weekend trout fishing with old college friends. Jason’s home is close to town and all the great fishing rivers but far enough away to relax by a fire with no noise but the waterfalls on the property. House is very clean and stocked with everything you need. As advertised on the pictures… Jason meets you at check-in and if needed only a phone call away. Every VRBO should provide this level of service. Thx again!

Fantastic Weekend Getaway!
My family truly enjoyed our weekend stay. The cabin was everything we could ask for and more. The kids loved the waterfall on the property. We were able to fish, relax, and enjoy the quaint town of Roscoe. Jason is a fantastic host. He was extremely helpful and was available to answer any questions I had before, during, and after our stay. We will definitely visit again!

Family Christmas
Our family gathered at this lovely home for an early Christmas Celebration. How warm and inviting, beautiful Holiday decorations. Spacious rooms for all. Jason was there to greet us at check-in, showed us the property, got us settled in. Enjoyed the hike to the waterfall, built an awesome fire in the outdoor pit. We baked and cooked meals together, made lasting memories. We will definitely return.

A great time
We had a great time with family to celebrate my birthday. The house was perfect for the 5 of us. Getting to and from the waterfall was difficult for a couple of us, but we got there and enjoyed it very much. Jason was very helpful on check in and checked back with us after we were settled. It was easy to find everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Everything was as advertised. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lovely cabin in the woods
The place was quiet and cozy with all the amenities you would want from home. Big deck, cozy living space, and fire pit area. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. Jason, the host, was communicative and accommodating. He met us at the house to show us around and how things worked (I.e. fireplace, Bluetooth speakers, etc). We took the path to see the waterfall on the property which was very cool (it can be slippery if it has recently rained so have appropriate shoes - they do have walking sticks at the house). Also, if someone needs a very dark space to fall asleep to bring a sleep mask if you stay in the loft area instead of the rooms. We will definitely stay, again!

We only stayed a couple days but it was everything we could have hoped for. Such a unique, cozy home on a beautiful piece of property. This property and dwelling has a special Vibe. The home is super comfortable. The kitchen and living area is spacious and well thought out. The bedrooms were cozy and warm. Lots of games and entertainment were available. The host was accommodating and gracious…a cool dude. PS. the Waterfall is a gift of Nature. AquaViento gets 5.5 Stars out of 5.
