"Nice comfortable, spacious, clean room above a nice pub in the buzzing heart of London. Pros: super easy check-in; spacious, cosy and very clean room; great waterfall shower, super convenient and well connected location. Cons: noisy at night due to the location (drunk revellers on the streets). No alternative milks for breakfast (come on, this is 2024). "They cancelled on us as we were standing at the door, leaving a family of 5 stranded in London without accommodation between Christmas and New Year... not nice!! I booked the apartment in August already, then tried contacting them from 9am on the day of check-in to arrange check-in, but no response.
