The description of the flat notes there is an elevator to the floor but does not make clear that there is a flight of stairs required to get into the flat. This is a problem with those with disability. Some maintenance is needed -- dishwasher drawer, windows that do not close completely, tv missing in bedroom. "Annie was very helpful throughout our stay. Apartment was clean and very comfortable. Tube station is only 2 bus stops away or 5 minute walk. Bus stop to Tube station is right outside the apartment. Oyster card can be used for both Tube and London bus. Highly recommend."
