"The property is almost 100 years old with lots of history. It has been recently renovated and done well. It is right on the lake with lots of outdoor sitting and a pier. The staff are all very friendly and you can tell they enjoy working there. The restaurant was nice with delicious food. The reason for not giving 5 stars all across is because the renovation was done to restore to the original so the rooms are small and the bed was not overly comfortable. "We had great experience at this property hosting a small wedding ceremony with friends and family. Living spaces and kitchen were ideal for large groups while providing enough private spaces so we weren’t on top of each other. The large, lakeside yard was perfect for a simple ceremony with a beautiful backdrop."

"We had such a lovely time at this cozy little cabin! It’s simple, charming, and had everything we needed, including firewood for the fireplace, which made our evenings extra special. While it’s a bit more basic in terms of amenities, the location is perfect for skiing and offers a peaceful getaway. Just a heads-up—the owner’s advice about needing a 4x4 in winter is definitely true—one of our family members in a Tesla couldn’t make it. The kids had a blast, and the Internet worked perfectly....
