"Hotel is very conveniently located at Nagano station. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was always friendly and took care of my luggage before check in and after check out."

"Property is about 10 mins walk from the Bus station and Hotel does not provide shuttle to and fro, hence it is inconvenient to pull fhe luggage during winter time to the hotel. The back door of the hotel helps for quick access to the Yubate. Morning and Dinner buffet offer a very good spread but there is no need to book half board for more than 1 night as menus are largely the same. "

Our room was really nice and spacious. The room was clean, but my blank had a small stain on the blanket. The wifi is really good. There is a public onsen on the lower floor for guests to enjoy.
