"We got to this area of Florida annually for spring break, primarily to get away from the grayness of the long Michigan winter. We stayed 7 days at this property and had a great experience. The first several days were very hot (which we loved) but I’d did overload the community power grid and the entire area lost power for about three hours. I informed the property manager and they replied immediately with an estimated time of restoration. This happens at home in the summer so I didn’t find this to be unusual. Power was restored sooner than the estimation and we continued on with our vacation. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa everyday. We were sad to leave."

"We were at the house for 2 weeks with our adult kids and our grand kids, and everyone had a great time. The pool especially was a highlight with everyone. We encountered a few issues and all were addressed quickly by the home owner and/or management company. We have stayed at several homes in this general area as well as other parts of Florida and this home is on par if not slightly above most we have stayed in. We were not able to access the NCAA tournament on the available television apps but logged into our own HULU while we were there. I always tell people who are looking for Florida rentals, be realistic about your expectations! If your expecting a kitchen set up for gourmet cooking you probably won't find it here or anywhere, but we were able to do all the cooking we needed to. An FYI for future guests, there is a drip coffee pot as well as a Kuerig, also a blender, crockpot, roasting pan. The normal pots and pans were mostly well beyond the optimum use state, and if I had to make one suggestion to the owner for an easy upgrade it would be to throw all of the pots and pans out and replace them with a good set of new ones for probably around 100.00. Another FYI, the pool heat at this home is very reasonably priced and I highly suggest taking advantage of it, it worked great, however there is a switch that needs to be turned on to heat the spa, the pool man was able to turn it on for us, and we greatly enjoyed it. I definitely recommend this house!!"
