"Beautiful property, great "luxury" feel about it. The staff cannot do enough for you. The beachfront pool villa we stayed in was wonderful and offered the most stunning sunsets, its own plunge pool and a nice quiet piece of gorgeous sandy beach. Dining was a mixed affair but No Noe - the waiter who served us during our stay - was truly brilliant and made our visit extra special. He was definitly a credit to Kupu Kupu. "

"Very close to the port. Don’t waste your money on a shared taxi. We got stuck paying $400 Baht and we were the last stop only to find out the hotel is 1km from the ferry port. Not a bad looking hotel however the rooms need UPDATING. Our mattress was a plastic/rubber spring bed with just a sheet over it. Worst sleeping experience and unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Maybe expect that in a $5 hostel. The shower/ bathroom is all in one. While showering, the whole bathroom gets soaked. Not...

"Room not to bad, small but nice, although no service at all (no daily cleaning of the room, no reception), also 2 days out of 4 without wifi. The beach near is very nice. Very loud frogs in place. Be careful with motorbike rental they suggest."
