"We booked this stay as we had a nearby excursion and the location was perfectly situated. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived, a hamper was left with bread, milk, butter ect. It was very thoughtful and was accompanied by a very information letter highlighting places worth visiting ect, all of which contributed to creating this weekend away as special as it was. The place itself is lovely, equipped with all you need & is great value for money."

"This was our first time staying here and it certainly won't be our last. The shepherd's hut is beautifully decorated and has such a cosy and comfortable feel to it. The under floor heating kept it lovely and warm too despite the snow outside (which also made it super pretty). "This place hasn't been look after at all for years!When we arrived could only see massive stinging nettles and dumping area. The yurt was dirty, smelled of damp and mould.
