"We usually stay at the Château when we visit Crested Butte. We have not stayed in this particular unit or with this management company. I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed! The property management company was wonderful and never left us guessing on our stay. They are incredibly responsive and very well organized. The unit itself was very nice. Updated, spacious, and the views of the ski slope were incredible. We will be renting this unit again!"

"Location was great but the room should have been cleaner. My husband found a tobacco tin under the main bed, and some pills under the pull out couch. Some of the blankets were covered in (human) hair, and the shower curtain needs to be replaced (mildew). We also only received two towels (there were 4 of us), and no pool towels. When we asked the front desk for pool towels they told us we had to contact our host. Other than that the stay was as expected."

"Pros:This place has a prime location very close to the main base area and lifts. The apartment was clean and nice. Cons:The parking lot for this building is small only holding about 10 cars for the entire complex, so had to park in the main Crested Butte parking lot. No unheard of for a mountain resort, but not ideal.Also, this building is old and you can hear everything outside the apartment. You hear everyone walking up/down the stairs, people walking around in the apartment above. Overall we...

"The condo has been remodeled since we stayed here in 2023 - it's so nice and beautiful! Very cozy home away from home, top of the line!Clean and well stocked, plenty of towels, dishes and utensils, tissues, TP, soap, etc. - all we needed was within reach.
