Never stay here! They do not notify you of required resort fee AND parking fee until AFTER you've agreed/paid for the room. Added significantly to the cost. Then you get to the 'resort' and every feature/bar/restaurant is closed. The restaurant closed early, the bar was never open and the gym/pool/hot tub close unnecessarily early just because they say so. Will never go back, will recommend no one stays here and you do not want me to write further reviews on Google or Yelp.

I liked the location and big rooms. The beds were very comfy. My pup Piper really enjoyed hiking the trails right outside in the ski area and just up the road. The views of Mt Crested Butte were fantastic. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking structure and having to pay a $30 a night parking fee that wasn’t disclosed up front. It left a little bit of a bad taste in my mouth even though everything else was excellent

When booking I was not aware of $30 a day parking plus $30 resort fee. Also booked a room with a deck which was in poor shape, no chairs. The room was nice enough but the towels were so worn (I had to laugh when I grabbed a hand towel that had holes in it- I have better cleaning rags). Also was excited to see a robe but it was so rough I immediately had to take it off. Not a very “resort” feel to the place

The king rooms were spacious and would be fine for a group of 4. There was limited parking ($30) with streams of water pouring down from the rain through ceiling cracks. We used umbrellas exiting our car. There was a $30 resort fee per room for a tiny pool, super crowded sauna and an arcade with very dated games-none of which were free. You have to purchase an extra card to pay for each game. The staff at reception didn’t seem very eager to interact with the guests. We were originally given room keys to an occupied room and had to sort that out. It was a very busy weekend in CB. Checkout was slow as the single staff member seemed to have other priorities.

It was off season so we knew things were going to be quiet and uneventful but the staff was great. Facilities were very clean but somewhat dated. Being from the south we were surprised to find that there was no air conditioning in the room. We were told that was normal for the area but the room was hot and stuffy. So much construction was going on outside that it made opening the windows for air not optimal. I’m sure it would be a different experience should we had the opportunity to visit during the ski season.
