"The condo is spacious, comfortable, and has a nice partial view of the lake. The kitchen has excellent appliances, and the living area is quite nice. I deducted one star because the two bathrooms are dated and tiny (no drawer space), the chests in both bedrooms have seen better days, and a few non-critical maintenance items needed attention."

"We loved this condo! Our family of 10 came to Ouray over Christmas Vacation. The location was an easy walk to the Ouray Ice Pqrk and to enjoy the shops in town. The entire place was clean and well cared for. The parking was convenient and close"

"This little place was great! Plenty of space for our group. Would have been nice to have a washer and dryer since we did so much in the hot springs, but it was fun! Highly recommend!!"

"The condo was quite comfortable and clean, we appreciate that it is dog-friendly, and the location can't be beat; however, as others have also mentioned, our dogs were afraid of the stairs, they took a very long time going up and down them each time throughout the stay, and we actually had to carry one of them (a 40-plus pound pup) up and down for the first two days until he finally was willing to do it on his own. "

"We loved our stay in this place set right along the river in beautiful Ouray. The interior is probably even better than the pictures showed. The only thing that would have been nice to know was it is on the third level which made lots of stairs."

"Overall we really enjoyed our stay and liked the condo. We appreciated having bedrooms and bathrooms on two floors. This gave some added privacy and space to the parents with an infant. There were a few glitches, which is why 4 rather than 5 stars. We really enjoyed the fireplace our first two nights, being without the last night was disappointing. That said, management was easily accessible and apologetic. We would definitely give it another try. "
