"We have stayed here before and love the history behind the hotel so for this stay we booked the Roosevelt suite. The description of the room says that it sleeps 5 people. While the room is large, there is 1 king size bed, a couch in the living room that doesn't have a pull out bed and another decorative couch in the bedroom that also doesn't have a pull out bed. We had to get a roll off bed delivered for our 14 year old and our 11 year old slept on the couch. So I wasn't to pleased about that....

"This is your basic ski lodge. The rooms are nothing fancy, but they are clean. The hot water worked, the heater worked I was wondering if I had made a bad choice after seeing some of the reviews. I did not. it’s a short walk to the slope. Free buses are 200 feet away. Restaurants surround this property. I just booked another trip there. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"The staff were all really helpful and when we went to use the shower outside the pool it wouldn’t warm up, someone heard us and spent minutes fixing the water to get it warm for us and made sure we had fresh towels. The check out clerks were both pleasant and kind and all of the house keeping staff smiled at me in the morning during check out. Comfortable bed, and good heating / cooling system. Thanks for the stay. "

"We had a great stay! The room was large and comfortable. Really close walking distance to the train station, hot springs and the adventure park. The breakfast was nice and the front desk was extremely accommodating with letting us check in a few hours early and holding our luggage after check out. We would stay again!"
