"My room wasnt ready at checkin and was notified when it was ready i had to ask about it 1hr and half later and didnt get the free drinkswe were entitled to on the app. Our room wasnt the right one i booked either"

"The accessible rooms were great, spacious, non slip tiles and rails in bathroom. Huge comfy king soze bed, reception area was trendy with small bar/cafe. Limited options for breakfast, no balcony and couldn't open a window. Two fire emergencies during my 5 night stay, on the 7th floor with a disability and noone at reception. Need a much better fire plan."

"ROOM WAS OLD AND DINGEY. NO MINI BAR, VENTILATION POOR IN BATHROOM AND VERY SMALL. OUR ENTRANCE DOOR KEPT JAMMING LEAVING US STUCK IN OR OUTSIDE. REPORTED TO MANAGER WHO SAID THEY KNEW BUT NOT FIXED YET."
