Everything was good. Only issue is that we were put on the 9th floor near one of the main extract units which was very noisy. Advised them of the issue by email with no response. Spoke to reception and they changed us to the 6th floor.

We arrived early and they were very helpful and gave us our room straight away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent, we had everything we needed. Its a beautiful hotel. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel when it was called Hyatt, it was a true 5 star hotel. But now it’s not worth 3star. Poor facilities, minimal service. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who knew it as The Hyatt

Location was central to everything I felt and buses right outside to travel around the city. Room very clean and comfy and quiet with a small balcony for me to sit outside and watch the world go by while having a cup.of tea. Great customer service from checking in to checking out and in between. Grocery store IGA just down the escalator. And a short walk.to the beautiful Swan River aka Derbarl Yerrigan.

Great property. Not a lot of restaurants in the area but a short drive you will find plenty in Victoria Park. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only criticism would be a extra cost for parking. $30. Highy recommended.

This place is no longer what it was. The Hyatt is gone. It's just a blank building preying on greed. They do not listen to the customer and are quite rude. The $200 bond is an antiqued greed. It's a barren building preying on greed
