Went over to WA for work and this accommodation was perfect for our needs and the staff where extremely friendly. Would book other from our office to stay here

This hotel offers a free airport shuttle. When I called them from the airport after a 17 hour flight they advised the shuttle was broken. They did not offer an alternative and told me I would have to get a taxi. They also did not have a room for me at 1130 even though I booked a $30 11am early check in. My husband had to call them and was able to get them to waive the $30 dollar early check in fee and they organised a different room that was available. It wasn't really clean which is understandable if things were rushed but I was not impressed with the general lack of organisation. The rooms are not well insulated for noise if you happen to have noisy neighbours. I won't be going back. Others may find all this acceptable, I didn't because I felt the staff didn't really convey any responsibility for the issues rather they tried to diplomatically absolve any responsibilty they had. They also did not succeed to show any care about my customer experience.

Haven't stayed at the flag for several years, presently surprised. Clean and comfortable, fresh milk was a bonus. Checked in late after a long flight, slept like a baby. Will definitely stay again.

We booked for 3 people however when we checked in there was only 2 towels and 2 cups in the room. We stayed 2 nights and our room wasnt serviced when we asked reception why we were told if we wanted a service we needed to request one. Room was clean when we arrived the beds not that comfortable. The staff were friendly. We did have a meal at the restaurant onsite which was very nice.

Noisy area and thin walls making the neighbors activities more audible than desired. Bed comfortable and room very clean. No bedside lamp. Either bright main light or darkness. Squeaky bathroom door that makes toilet breaks in the night disruptive to the whole family. Unable to leave it open due to bathroom window having a large opening allowing hungry mosquitos inside. Not likely to return to this property.

We liked that the room was clean and tidy. Checkin staff were helpful and friendly, organised a free shuttle to the airport for us. We ate at the hotel restaurant, good sized serves and food was great as was service. Overall a great place to stay with a comfy bed.

A nice place
it is a nice enough place, It reflects the time it was build. I had to supply milk and ask for coffee for subsequent nights, no complementary biscuits or drinks in the fridge. It was fairly clean, the bed was well made

It would have been a much higher rating but I had a horrible sleep due to noisy geusts 2 doors down. Got woken at 11:30 by loud talking ouside room (while smoking). Did call reception but by the time they got there they went inside. Kept coming out and being noisy. At 1am i approached them and called reception and then it went quiet. Took me a couple of hours to get back to sleep. When i went to checkout no apology from reception or offer to compensate. Other than that the place is perfect. Lovely staff. Amazing Bacon and eggs.
