"Room was very cold, heat did not work , there was one thin blanket on the bed— the front desk attendant promptly brought a blanket when I told him, and said he would have maintenance look at heat, but I was there only for one night, and nobody came to fix it, I slept fully clothed wearing a sweatshirt and pants—the toilet was grossly discolored, as if somebody didn’t flush, but it was due to another unknown issue—no shampoo in room— overall a very disappointing experience!"

"Stayed here before and loved it. Came for New Year’s Eve and a few days after. Clean and comfy rooms. Comfy bed, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. Stayed in room 103. Big bathroom with a big shower. Nice tv. Safe area! Walkable to absolutely EVERYTHING! Beach, restaurants, bars anything you need you can walk to! Friendly staff! Very affordable hotel. Close to the freeway, little road noise but that never bothered me. Thanks Oceans Palms for a relaxing stay!"
