"We enjoyed walking to the beach and to restaurants. We are glad our dog was welcome to stay and she enjoyed the beach, and the cool sea air. The house is nicely equipped for cooking. We are not good with streaming tv, but with Ken’s help we did get some viewing time. The back door needs a little help, it sticks. The carpet had some spots, but the house was very clean."

"Family members gathered from Northern and Southern California for a celebration weekend. Home description was accurate and the reservation process and check in were trouble-free. Manager's answer to our messages was prompt. The home is well maintained, very clean, and quite spacious, but the best part for us was sitting on the porch overlooking the large, beautiful garden. The house feels somewhat isolated (which we liked) and we had total privacy. On another note, we were impressed by the wine...

"We had a brief yet wonderful stay at Jasmin and Pat's rental! Beautifully designed, comfortable, spacious and homey, it is stocked with everything one needs. This was the perfect location for a meet up with family between LA and the Bay Area, and is located close to all the sights we had planned to visit, especially the beach. We loved the place and hope to stay here again in the future!"

"We loved that we could walk the beach, the pier, restaurants and shops. It was a fantastic place to take our dogs to. We went for the Corgi festival. The home has a small backyard area that we and the dogs loved. There was a doggie door which our dogs are very accustomed to. That was very handy! We would most definitely stay there again."

"Its a cool little place, very small. Does not face the beach but the balcony does. Its behind the main beach house which is actually facing the beach, fire pit was nice! I would suggest upating the hot tub or not advertise it as we would not touch it, it was very dated and the filter was not working properly making the water appear very dirty. Overall was a good experience though. A little outdated. "
