"Chalet Ritz is a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed how tastefully appointed it is. We stayed for almost a month and there was plenty of space for the two of us. Our host Marvin was always available if we had questions or needed help. He even loaned us a clam fork so we could dig for clams! The cottage has the feeling of old Arroyo Grande. I would highly recommend Chalet Ritz. "

"This cottage was perfect, well, equipped kitchen, towels, extra bedding if needed, perfect for pets, and if laundry needed to be done, all essentials were provided. Had a slight problem with the heater not working however contacted property owner and it was taken care of right away. Space heaters were provided immediately while waiting for emergency repair man to come and fix the problem. "My wife and I stayed for a few days to celebrate an anniversary. The cottage was clean, check in was easy and communication was great both before and during our stay. We did not use the stove, BBQ, Porch, hot tub or pool so cannot comment on those. The two main issues with this unit are 1. the water heater is an RV style water heater and runs out of hot water after a 6 minute shower and 2. there is not a bathtub so may not be a good fit for little kids after the beach.
