"All In all, it was a good stay. Staff were kind enough to find us a larger room. The first room was way too small for two large men. We were closed to the rooftop which was an added plus. The staff were good but Mich was awesome. She is a delight to talk to and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is located in a lively neighborhood with many restaurants bars cafes and is close to the historic sites and museums. It is close to Colonia Americana and Avenida Chapultepec and also Guadalajara...

"The location is close to a lot of attractions and very convenient. It is also clean. Unfortunately I had a bad experience while checking in. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30, but check-in time is 3pm. The staff was very helpful and stowed my luggage and completed the check in paperwork. They told me all I had to do was pick up the key whenI returned. I came back at 4:30 and was told my room was not ready and would have to wait another 30 minutes. They told me the hotel was completely booked...
