Everyone is very nice and helpful and the hotel itself is great , but as you step outside of the Hotel is something else! I know its nothing you can control, but its really gotten bad through out the last several years since I’ve been there last!

Property itself was nice and hotel staff was friendly. Restaurant staff was not so nice and food always took a long time and arrived cold. Although there are many businesses open during the day at night it’s a different story. Many homeless people in the area, would not recommend for families. Police and ambulance sirens are heard all night.

Budget Motel Vibes with a Hotel Look. Rooftop pool makes up for all faults. Gym is a sweat box style and basic free weights up to 25 lbs. half working machines at 100 lb capacity. Room was not swept upon arrival. Elevator busy during check in and check out times. Lots of families and tour groups lobby can become crowded and I walkable during busy periods.

Maid service is horrible they room I don’t think was cleaned with a mop in two week stay. Asked for bedding to be changed as bedding didn’t get changed they just left bedding on bed not made.

Add says historic and shows pictures of actual historic sites. As soon as u walked out door it one of the dirtiest places I have been to. I want my money back!! We just left and got another place. My family didn’t feel safe. We didn’t stay for more than an hour. I tried calling Expedia customer support and all they did was hang up on half the time

It’s in a very sketchy area. You definitely do not want to be out at night. It was “ok” for us for the simple fact that we checked in around midnight and were out by 8am. It was convenient for the areas we needed to get through. Everything about this place is tight, the rooms, elevator, the waiting area
