"The bed was comfortable. It had an elevator to get to upper floors. The tub/shower was average. Your valet staff was very friendly. It was also close to Bourbon Street but far enough to escape the noise. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. "

"The staff was phenomenal! Everyone was so accommodating, helpful, how light, and just a joy. It's right in the heart of the French quarter, and at the same time when you retreat to your room for the evening it is quiet. It is meticulously clean. A shout out to front desk Unique; she is such a lovely young woman, went out of her way to help us, was so incredibly sweet and thoughtful. Wish I could have brought her home with me. If you wish to go to New Orleans and stay in the heart of the quarter Bourbon Orleans is the hotel for you. "

"I have stayed in multiple great hotels in New Orleans, but this was my favorite as far as aesthetic. It’s a combination of mid century modern and industrial and is fun to just explore and check out the details. Staff was super friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay here again!"
