"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the walls are paper thin so you hear everything in the surrounding rooms. Also the AC made a weird noise that sounded like someone spraying a water hose on the window. The beds were very comfortable and we felt safe. I appreciate that they accommodated our request of a first floor room since we were 2 disabled women and a disabled child heading home from advocating for people with rare diseases in Washington DC. "This was a comfortable and cozy experience. The front desk person Reese was warm and friendly from the very beginning. He made the experience that much better. The room was spacious and the bed was very good. I slept like a baby. The only thing that I was concerned about was the window. They curtains and drapes wouldn't close all the way. I stay at Hilton's and i don't have this problem. Their was no privacy. Other than that, it was a great stay."
