"Few stay experienced horrible ride on the elevator witj my son just once happened but it was terrifying weren't compensated. Others are okay breakfast are good staff are helpful "

"The property outside was clean. The inside not so much. My room had stains everywhere. My air conditioning didnt work. Maid came 1 time in 4 days. Ice machines didnt work had to change floors to get ice. No refrigerator. Its all right but not for long stays "

"We had an initial issue with the first room as the air con vents were broken and rattled loudly all night but this was rectified first thing in the morning when I spoke with reception staff who quickly helped and organised a new room. The property looks modern from outside but is dated inside in parts but has most facilities you’d need for its purpose which is to provide a nights sleep. I didn’t use the pool but it was open and breakfast was ok too. "
