The location is central, staff is amazing, the rooms are beautiful, modern and clean, it has a gorgeous pool, a wonderful boutique with current designer items, and many restaurants (high end and casual) in and around the hotel. "Very elegant and great service and great facilities Joyce at the front desk was very helpful. The spa staff was perfect. The staff in the La Reserve was very attentive. Room service was quick and cooked our steaks correctly. The shuttle was nice and cool and the shuttle was nice. The driver drove very well and offered lots of information. I highly recommend The Omni Houston. Good job guys! "
