"Pros: Staff very attentive and helpful with a few English and Spanish speakers. Right across the street from Joaquina Rita Bier lake. A good spot if you don't have a car. A tour agency is very close. A pharmacy which is next to a 24 hour gas station with convenience store are about 3 blocks away. Very nice heated swimming pools. Breakfasts was simple but good with omelets made to order. Wi-Fi signal was strong. The shower and bun gun had strong water pressure. Air con worked great with no musty...

Não era muito amplo, mas suficiente para 3, confortável e limpo. Destaque especial para o excelente café da manhã! Serviço impecável. Já estive em resorts 5* que não ofereciam um serviço tão bom. Todo pessoal do staff muito solícito, educado e amigável. "

"We enjoyed this hotel because we did not pay for extras that we would not use. The rooms are clean. WIFI is included and easy to use. The included breakfast is typical for Brazil and most enjoyable. The hotel staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient. I compare this to a smaller version of a USA Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express with a Brazilian flare."

"I loved that I was like 3 minutes walking away from the centrum but the location and the construction of the hotel is like you are staying far in the montains.It was my first time in Gramado.I was there for Festuris.But will return and this time with my family and will stay again at Hotel Recanto da Serra"
