Well located within easy walking distance of the main street. Please stop offering a facilities tour with the excuse of selling "vacation club", "time-share", and similar products to guests just arriving after check-in.

This time I was very disappointed with the staff and room, and how unwilling the staff was to help and how the room staff talked to us and how they( within themselves in our room and in front of us would talk about their shift hours, how it was time to go home, how they wouldn't stay overtime and how it was up to the management to find another staff for those times.

Manutenção ruim. Descaso com a experiência cliente

Muitos problemas importantes de manutenção nas instalações q foram recorrentemente reportados e corrigidos apenas depois de subir de tom com a gerência. Sanitário e pias entupidas, banheira de hidromassagem sem funcionar. Para uma suíte superior, o serviço foi realmente muito ruim e o hotel não buscou qualquer forma de compensação. Oferecer uma troca de quarto em outra ala e andar na última noite é solução de quem não pensa no conforto do hóspede que teria que arrumar todos os pertences para movimentação

Realidade muito abaixo da expectativa

Nas fotos do quarto do respectivo valor, estava um quarto superior. Nos colocaram em um flat, em outro prédio do resort, onde nos disseram que era o correspondente a tarifa. O quarto era antigo. Fronhas pareciam que haviam sido usadas por outros, e no banheiro havia pêlos. Não havia cadeiras suficientes da piscina. Piscina externa muito gelada, e a interna com muitas pessoas.

Hotel grande, quarto limpo e confortável, porém antigo, principalmente o banheiro. Ótima localização. O ponto negativo com certeza é o café da manhã. Muita variedade, porém, nada saboroso… as mesas e cadeiras estão muito velhas, descascando a madeira, causando a impressão de estarem sempre sujas, longe do padrão de estrelas que o Hotel alega ser.
