Quarto 33 sem privacidade e conforto acústico.
Primeira vez que passamos por isso na rede Sky, não sabia que o quarto seria no térreo e neste hotel as janelas dos quartos do térreo são no nível do estacionamento e circulação para acesso a piscina o que nos obrigou a manter as cortinas fechadas o tempo todo que estávamos no quarto tirando o conforto e tranquilidade que esperávamos principalmente sendo verão, bem como, o quarto era enfrente ao salão de refeições e diariamente é servido café colonial desde a manhã até 20h com música, banda e grande movimento de hóspedes e de pessoas que vinham somente ao café, o quarto não tem isolamento acústico então parecia que estávamos dentro do salão. Segundo a recepção o hotel estava lotado e não teria outro quarto, como a estadia era curta ficamos, caso contrário teria que procurar outro hotel.

Gostamos muito do cafe da manha e das camas. Deciddimos por este hotel visto tem um espaco kids muito bom para as criancas. A limpeza do quarto não estava boa. A piscina e a area da piscina, tambem estavam com a limpeza ruim.

Atendimento excepcional. Todos nos atenderam muito bem, na recepção e pessoal da limpeza. O quarto era confortável, cama boa. Porém chuveiro muito pequeno. O café da manhã é excelente mas muito muito muito lotado. Fica tudo bagunçado, sem reposição. Muita gente pra se servir ao mesmo tempo. Não sei se vale a pena estudar um esquema de rodízio quando o hotel estiver assim com lotação máxima.

Viagem em casal.
Ficamos em um ótimo quarto, com sacada, uma vista bem bonita para jardim e montanha. Um ótimo café da manha, imenso. A piscina coberta é em um anexo separado, onde torna-se um incômodo em utiliza-la em época mais fria. Entretanto se o tempo estiver quente ela torna-se agradável!

Hotel grande e muito bonito
O hotel é bom, muito bonito, porém o moço que fez o check in, não foi tão cordial, provavelmente estava cansado, pois o hotel estava bem movimentado, o que de dentro do quarto dava pra ouvir qualquer coisa que acontecia do lado de fora, no corredor. O café da manhã não estava bom, a comida parecia que era do dia anterior, estava tudo frio. O café ☕ estava muito bom, era da máquina três corações, tinha várias opções. O estacionamento é sem cobertura, e tivemos que parar bem longe e trazer as malas, pq na frente do hotel estava cheio e não tinha ninguém pra ajudar a manobrar, os turistas estavam estacionando onde não podiam, faltou uma organização nessa parte. Teve um atendente bem solicito, não me recordo o nome, mas era novo no hotel e foi muito atencioso, deu indicação de fondue e tirou todas as nossas dúvidas. Em relação ao quarto, tem uma cama boa e espaçosa, a varanda é grande, o banheiro é bem limpo, só achei pequeno o espaço da ducha, tinha produtos de higiene bem cheirosos, o quarto é excelente.

Limpeza Precisa Melhorar.
O atendimento foi bom. Mas a limpeza deixou a desejar, ao chegarmos no Hotel tinha uma mancha no edredom verde que estava esticado em cima da cama, não sei o q era. Os sofás da recepção estavam muitos sujos, dava ate receio de sentar de tanta mancha e sujeira q tinha neles. No quarto a parede perto do chão está descascando, tem algumas partes q precisam de manutenção. No café da manhã faltou algo para cobrir os alimentos por causa das moscas e a comida estava constantemente gelada. A moça da limpeza arrumou a cama mas não passou nenhuma vassoura no banheiro que ficou a estadia toda cheia de cabelo.

Os quartos são aconchegantes, limpeza impecável, o chek-in é super rápido, o café da manhã é bem servido a vontade…. Tivemos um pequeno problema que esquecemos a chave do quarto na área comum do hotel. Cheguei a recepção do hotel para informar que tinha perdido a chave do quarto e pra saber se alguém tinha encontrado… infelizmente fui muito mal recebido por um atendente por nome Gabriel (possui uma tatuagem de cruz no pescoço) que fez pouco caso e nem fez questão de ao menos levantar a cabeça pra olhar a pessoa que estava falando, além de sentir um pouco de preconceito para com a minha pessoa… mas em seguida fui muito bem acolhido por outro rapaz da recepção com nome Alex, que fez questão de procurar nas gavetas e tentar solucionar o problema da melhor maneira possível. Fora isso vale muito a pena se hospedar..
