Razoável, a cama é péssima, colchão velho, parece uma canoa, é preferível dormir no chão, a limpeza deixou a desejar, o café da manhã é gostoso, o hotel em si precisa melhorar muito para ficar bom, os funcionários alguns estavam de extremo mal humor, outros super simpáticos e atenciosos, a piscina interna estava bem suja, a externa não consegui ir pois todos os dias estava super lotada, ela é pequena para o tamanho do hotel.

Não vale o preço. Cama bem desconfortável.

Fomos atendidos bem rápido, o café da manhã era razoável, mas o jantar não era bom. Feijão sem gosto e carne dura. Contratei 10 dias, mas ficamos 3. Desistimos devido a cama parecer uma taboa de tão dura. Reclamamos e colocaram forros, reclamamos de novo e nos trocaram de quarto. O sofá cama tinha buracos e a pressão da ducha era mais fraca que um chuveiro. Não indico, pois tem hoteis melhores pelo mesmo preço.

Ótimo hotel!

No último dia tivemos problema com a água e desde o início um cheiro forte que meu marido identificou como amônia que vinha do banheiro, como ficamos 2 diárias não reportamos ao hotel, apenas deixamos as janelas abertas. No mais tudo perfeito, acomodações confortáveis, piscinas ótimas (com água aquecida), buffet excelente (só recomendo grelhados). Voltaremos com certeza!

Muito bom para hospedar em família!

Escolhemos o Laghetto Golden Resort para passar o Natal em Gramado, um dos destinos mais procurados nessa época do ano. Estávamos cientes de que o hotel estaria com sua capacidade máxima, o que exigiu um pouco de paciência no café da manhã, mas nada que comprometesse a experiência. Recomendo a estadia!

Bom custo beneficio.

Bom hotel com boas atividades para crianças. Indicado para familias. Boas piscinas. O hotel é grande e na hora do café pode ficar tumultuado em horário mais utilizado. O hotel só não tem personalidade, não tendo aconchego.

De modo geral, um lugar muito confortável e bem cuidado, no entanto, peca em detalhes importantes como falta de comunicação com os hóspedes, como por exemplo, das seis noite que passei no hotel, duas noites o jantar foi transferido para outro ambiente e uma outra noite reduziram o horário de atendimento, e você só descobre quando chega no local. Também penso que um repart nesse porte poderia ter opções mais variadas de alimentação
