Great hotel,, breakfast buffet was very good, someone cooking eggs,tapioca ,, juice breads coffe fruit, cakes. Only problem you need to drive or uber to town. They do have shuttle but only every hour

My stay at the Wyndham Gramado was nothing short of exceptional. Hotel staff were extremely pleasant and friendly, cleanliness is central to their operations and hotel offerings such as pool and dining were simply top-notch. Shame we didn’t get to experience more of the property as we were in town for a conference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gramado- just be sure to rent a car as you’ll need it to venture into the beautiful town.

The property is newer & nice. The breakfast is great however any other time we tried to go to the restaurant for lunch or dinner it was closed. The pools are nice & warm. You have to pay an additional $7 a day for parking. They valet but it takes a long time to get your car because there are always people waiting. The first night we didn’t have any water and then the second day they did not give us any clean towels we had to go ask for them. We stayed at 4 hotels over our 10 day trip and this was did not impress me as much as I would have expected from the pictures,etc

Upon arriving at the facility, there was a huge line of people waiting to check in. Waited about 1 hour in line and line did not even move. Gave up on checking in, went out to get dinner with my family and then came back around 9 pm to try again. Check in was easy at this time. Hotel was clean, but no house keeper will come to freshen up the room or even pick up dirty towels and replace with new ones. Breakfast is amazing but the room service and lunch/dinner menu changed over the year. Pizza is no longer available and kids menu is not helpful if you have a picky eater. Room stayed cold. Heater was not working properly. No extra blankets in room. Have to request. I do not recommend this hotel. It is a bit overpriced based on its location. Available Liquid soaps, shampoo, and conditioners are of very poor quality.

A propriedade fica longe do centro de Gramado, tem um transfer em alguns horários pre estabelecidos. Mas só cabem 15 pessoas, um hotel com 474 apartamentos, fica muito deficitário. A piscina tem só 7 guardassois para todos esses hóspedes, piscina não comporta tanta gente. Deficiente também em cadeiras e espaguetes na piscina e por fim o espaço é pequeno para tanta gente. O chuveiro ruim, estava tomando banho e a água ficava mudando a temperatura , passava de quente a fria a cada minuto. O estacionamento é terceirizado, com bastante burocracia e demora na hora que necessita utilizar o carro, além de ser caro R$42,00 por dia e meu carro ficou no estacionamento descoberto. Esse hotel eu não retorno.

O maior destaque é o espaço, a alimentação e a água quante das piscinas. O pior, é que uma delas estava em manutenção em horário que tinha muita gente, e poicas opções de tranquilidade.

A estadia não foi das melhores. Fomos de carro e eles cobraram R$42,00 cada diária. Bem salgado. Além disso você só podia pedir o carro no guichê na recepção. 30 minutos de espera no mínimo. Logo no primeiro dia fomos jantar e encontrei um cabelo enrolado no frango primo canto. Nem preciso dizer que não comi mais lá. Pra arrumar o quarto tive que pedir na recepção. 2 dias sem limpar. Ficamos lá 3 dias. Eu tentei reclamar ligando na recepção, mas ninguém atendeu. Foram 2 ligações. Também fui à recepção pessoalmente e falei com um atendente. Ele me disse que o supervisor chegaria às 10h30 e que eu poderia passar tudo pra ele. Sem comentários. Eu só queria sair daquele lugar. Enfim, as instalações são boas, mas o serviço não representa o preço que cobram. Eu não voltaria e se alguém me perguntar vou dizer o que penso.

Foi boa a estadia, café da manha bom também. Eles deixam roupão no quarto e o acesso à piscina é pelo elevador. Estacionamento é pago por dia, nao estava incluso na minha reserva.
