"The hotel is very nice and clean. The room has very good size for two people. My room has excellent city view. The staff is very friendly and super helpful! My sister lost her necklace while showering. The staff tried their best to help her to look for it. Although it was not found but we really appreciate their efforts! The location of the hotel is perfect and close to everything. We love the stay."

"This was a great location for a visit to Osaka, located directly above the Namba station and many transit lines. The staff spoke English reasonably well, and were focused on service. It took me about a day to get oriented to the massive underground shopping center and transit hub and the connected buildings, but once I did, it was easy to navigate. Also easily walkable to Dotonbori is a popular entertainment district in Osaka, Japan, known for its nightlife, shopping, and street food. The breakfest buffet on the top floor of the hotel offered a great selection and stunning views, and was handled very efficiently. Overall, a great experience. I would stay here again."

"We had a great experience at Hiyori Hotel in Nov 24. The room was slightly larger than the typical size for Japan. We enjoyed sitting at the window having our breakfast people watching. The bathroom facilities were brilliant and we had free welcome gifts such as face masks and tea. The hotel is between 3-10 min walk depending which gate you need for train. About 5 minute walk from Dontoburi with every shop and restaurant you need! Despite its location it was quiet and we slept well, highly recommended. "

"Located in a great spot, near Namba station. Not too far from dotonbori. "
