Check in process was horrible & person was extremely nasty and not professional. Rooms were never cleaned during the entirety of the stay & do not disturb was not even on the door. No towels, toilet paper were provided we had to constantly ask for them to be brought to our rooms, which each time took over an hour to be delivered. Not welcoming what so ever & will NEVER be back.

It sits on the corner. Traffic noise. Parking onsite is across the street. Some homeless people in the area next door to the alley. I only stayed one night. Not far from airport.

The hotel lobby was quite nice but the beds are way too soft and the parking ($59) too expensive. Zero toiletries. The shower was so extremely low-flow it was like a trickle. The neighborhood was blah, boring.

Enjoyed the stay. Standard room was super spacious! Friendly interactions with staff. Walkable to many restaurants, and walkable in nice weather to other neighborhoods and attractions. A few minor things kept me from giving 5 stars. There were tons of lights in the room but it was still very dark. Sink drain was very clogged. Asked the front desk to send someone to unclog it twice on 2 different days but no one ever came. Parking is crazy expensive so I rebooked the garage on the back side of the block on SpotHero for a 3rd of the price.
