There was an error in my check-in process as I prepaid parking on the Expedia app ($5.00 upcharge). The front-desk did not activate my room key to allow for in and out passage. Property is in great shape and convenient, the room was well appointed. I expected the bed to be more comfortable for the price point. Staff mixed up my reservation with another guest, and also charged me for a room upgrade. These things were all fixed promptly when brought to their attention, but at this price point these mistakes shouldn’t happen.
