"Extremely friendly and courteous staff, great location-safe, walkable- great dining options nearby. Property was very pretty - but had some issues. TV remote didn’t work properly (could not use menu to search and choose programs, the mini fridge was hot in the dresser space - and did not cool food items properly, the ice machine was located in the gym?? On the 4th flr - got stuck in the elevator - because no one told us you needed your room key to swipe inside the elevator in order to use it...

"Great center city location, walking distance to stores, shopping and food options. Room and property aesthetic was a great combination of classic and modern. Front desk staff was a little slow, and valet parking was way off on their estimate, but over all would recommend. "

"I liked this place! Not ideal to have to take elevator one floor up from the street- but I had no problems and once one is in the lobby it is great! I had a single person room which was tiny but great! There is no lobby washroom which is not great. They have a great coffee/tea machine in the lobby with a great communal space. I liked it and I would return for sure!"
