"A fantastic stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway, local bars, and many good eats. Host Liron and his assistant, Rain was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I had a great experience. "For starters, finding a place for 10 people for this rate isn't easy, so all said, this is a great find for a larger group. Its an older place, beat up, but thats too be expected. Bottom line for all 10 of us: - Beds were comfy - AC is working, so nice to have. We needed it. - Location is great. 20 - 30 min walk to everything. - Host communicated very well with us - Everything worked, no issues. - Shower was hot Its a good deal if your a large group."

"The location was perfect! We went to a concert at UBS and the rental was right down the road from the venue, it was super convenient. I also really liked that there were two separate bedrooms and a living room/kitchen area. There's also a countertop with barstools. It is a little small, if you're looking for something more spacious, but the rental serves its purpose! The owner was super communicative. My friend and I made it to New York an hour before check in and I asked if we could check in...

"This fourth floor walk up is a colourful and convenient location, right by the subway and WholeFoods. The property has character, including quite steep uneven steps to it. Given the proximity to Lenox Ave expect some noise in the roadside room. The check-process could have been smoother with the wrong address listed, the owner not accepting calls and / or being very responsive on text. Relying on the friendly people sitting on the doorstep to let you in, added to the excitement! It would be...

"This was an excellent rental. Very clean. Plenty of towels, blankets, etc. A bit of a stretch to say it sleeps 4. For 2 people very comfortable; a third could be on the couch. Very safe behind 2 locking gates. Lovely looking little backyard, although too cold for our November stay. Quiet street very near subway stations. Big kudos to the very attentive property manager... when the power unexpectedly went out, she contacted us immediately and she immediately came over at midnight with lanterns,...

Good hot water Small master bath but other bathrooms huge. Overall excellent stay for our group of 6 adults, although upstairs guests were very noisy"

"The apartment was roomy. We had enough bedrooms for the nine of us and three bathrooms was adequate. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. The location was excellent- close to the subway, taxis and good eating places. The internet didn’t work well and we would have liked shades on the big front window. The dogs in front of it served as a sleeping space for my grandson. "
