"This is a dirty, moldy, smelly, musty, waterbug-infested apartment with sticky floors and dirty walls. The shower handle came off and was difficult to operate. The front window was covered with a pillow instead of a window creating an unsafe environment where theft was a risk. This was absolutely not what was advertised and should not remain on the market for rental. Anyone staying there needs to take a tetanus shot before going."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property, especially being so close to the subway and nearby bodegas. One thing, one of the mattresses was rock solid — the owners should invest in at least a mattress topper. The water in the shower gets extremely nice and hot, and the other tenants were very friendly. Another weird thing, “an exterminator” came in the morning during one of the days we stayed around 9am, and tried to barge in and “exterminate”. That was uncomfortable, and he had a key.
