"Perfect accommodations for our stay. Conveniently close to slopes such that you can walk there. Kids loved the loft area and kitchen was equipped with everything needed to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. One recommendation is such that more wine glasses are needed. "

"Perfect for a family ski weekend. The house is located right across the street from the ski area. There is a shuttle but it is totally walkable. The house was well kept and spotless. There is a gas fireplace which keeps the living room nice and warm. The host was very responsive and made sure everything was running smoothly and we were happy. We would definitely come back again!"

"It’s a wonderful place to get together and enjoy as a family. The place is well equipped for kids of all ages and adults. We spent great time together and to top it we had an amazing snow day where kids enjoyed the slopes outside the house. We couldn’t use outside space but if it’s summer, it’s a great abode to enjoy with friends. I would highly recommend this place and the hosts are amazing and considerate. "

"We stayed for 2 nights to ski enroute to bringing our son back to Syracuse University. We didn’t want to leave. The home is well stocked, the beds are so comfortable, and the overall coziness is great. After a long day of skiing, the sauna was fantastic. Honestly, having been to numerals vrbos, this is on the top of my list. Many thanks to our hosts! "

"Property was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Kitchen was well stocked with plates/cups/etc, there was plenty of parking in the driveway plus you could easily turnaround in it so you did not need to backup onto the road, bedrooms were comfortable and the yard was larger than I expected which was great since we stayed with our dog. I appreciated that things in the home were labeled (i.e.:which switch is for which lights). I asked for an early check-in if possible and Joan was...

"City girl needing some relaxation. The Hobbit house was adorable and came with everything we needed. We wanted to hike some of the surrounding falls and explore a bit, and Scottland yard property was the perfect place to come “home” to. Loved waking up to the sounds of all the animals they have on the property. Will try and make it back!"
