"My friend and I were excited to get away during the New years week. We got everything from warm mid 40s to 6 inches of snow and low 20s. We were looking for a cozy cabin with a fireplace/stove and some outdoors for our dog. This was exactly what we wanted. I was able to do some excellent trout fishing nearby and some great hikes on DEC trails in State Forests, which were right up the road. "It’s a wonderful place to get together and enjoy as a family. The place is well equipped for kids of all ages and adults. We spent great time together and to top it we had an amazing snow day where kids enjoyed the slopes outside the house. We couldn’t use outside space but if it’s summer, it’s a great abode to enjoy with friends. I would highly recommend this place and the hosts are amazing and considerate. "

"We had a wonderful time, Hanna was great and her property was beautiful. It has everything you need for outdoor fun & fun if you enjoy the water. We caught so many fish, enjoyed swimming & the boats that was available to use. Just a little tip, take swimming shoes because the bottom of the lake in some parts have small rocks. "We stayed for 2 nights to ski enroute to bringing our son back to Syracuse University. We didn’t want to leave. The home is well stocked, the beds are so comfortable, and the overall coziness is great. After a long day of skiing, the sauna was fantastic.
