"Convenient to train, metro and airport shuttle. Walkable to key sites. Staff was excellent. Area is bustling, some noise. Local cafes drag tables out at 6 am, essentially becoming an alarm clock. I would not choose this for a long-term, relaxing stay, but for convenience, cleanliness, and service it was perfect. "

"The area around the train station in Naples may be off putting to many travelers. It is not Naples at its best. However, the location could not have been better for our needs and Alfredo at the front desk was most helpful in communicating with us before our trip, and getting us checked in quite late after our flight from Athens had a schedule change. The honor bar was well stocked with reasonable prices so we enjoyed a bottled Aperol Spritz on the balcony before retiring for the night. ...
