"Employees were very open, friendly, knowlegeable and helpful. Had an issue with ants in the room. Eric, the manager, addressed the issue promptly and apologetically. He was very appreciative in being informed about the issue. He was a delight to talk to and even joke around with. Great customer interaction and service. The food menu had a great variety, freshness and cleanliness in the room. The hotel has ample parking, close to shopping, restaurants, attractions and has a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. "If you want a quiet night's sleep, book the poolside rooms. Although we liked the views, we didn't like all the loud motorcycles on the main road until well into the night. The rooms were clean, the staff extremely friendly and welcoming, the full breakfast was delicious, and convenient to walk or drive to shops, museums, restaurants, etc. We plan on staying here again (but poolside) and recommended it to friends. 5 stars"
