The front office person was very rude and the only thing he would do is help us with our luggage up the stairs. Also we checked in on a Thursday and no the hotel was not filled up at all. "

"If you want a quiet night's sleep, book the poolside rooms. Although we liked the views, we didn't like all the loud motorcycles on the main road until well into the night. The rooms were clean, the staff extremely friendly and welcoming, the full breakfast was delicious, and convenient to walk or drive to shops, museums, restaurants, etc. We plan on staying here again (but poolside) and recommended it to friends. 5 stars"

"This is a modest property. The furniture is shabby. It was very clean, except for the AC unit, which needs to be cleaned. The bed was comfortable. I slept well and my back did not hurt. The sheets are a bit threadbare, but much mor comfortable than the scatchy sheets I had at Holiday Inn. The hotel would be great if the owners upgraded with a theme, even shabby chic. Paint that old furniture! Make it bright! Embrace retro! Since the window would not open, I slept with the door cracked open...
