"The Arsenal is a small hotel located across frim the convention center in the Getsamani neighbothood. The rooms are modern and very clean, housekeeping staff is excellent. Beds and bedding are upscale and the Tv is large. There is a convenient mini fridge. Breakfast was included and excellent. Rooftop pool has a great view but only has 8 loung chairs. "Beautiful hostel about a 10 minute walk away from the center of the old fortified walled city of Cartagena. This place has a nice ambiance with really friendly staff that treat you really nice. Some people might think of the area as a little scummy, but I did not have any problems and even walking home at 1am, I had some locals shout at me "welcome to Cartagena" I thought this was nice. I would recommend this hostel."
