"My new favourite hotel in Madrid…. And there are a lot to choose from. The location is just perfect , taxis everywhere, subway near by and a safe interesting walk to most central points of interest. The rooms were comfy and clean, the bathrooms were well thought out and really decent water pressure in bathes and shower . The breakfast is one of the best i have had the pleasure to enjoy and all the staff from the front office people to the room cleaners are delightful, i will definitely stay there again "

"This hotel was absolutely amazing. The location is near almost everything. The stores and restaurants are just a few steps away. The metro is extremely close too. The breakfast had such delicious foods and lots of variety. Not only that but the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel so welcomed. We went to Madrid as a birthday trip for my sister and the staff made sure to make her day extra special without us even mentioning it. During breakfast they brought out some cake and a candle. Then once we got back to our room from exploring they brought a special surprise to our room which included Spanish candy, wine and a note. This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at and have no complaints. Whenever I come back to Madrid I will no doubt be staying here. "
